Feed My Sheep: Formation in Leadership & Walking Together in Ministry

Ministry is beautiful. And it is heavy.

Whether you’re newly ordained, long into your calling, or just beginning to explore ministry, the spiritual, pastoral, and practical demands can feel overwhelming.

Feed My Sheep is a ten-month online leadership formation program created to support those carrying the work of ministry in today’s Church. It offers a place to reflect on your call, strengthen your skills, and connect with others who understand both the joy and the weight of leadership.

Over the course of the program, we’ll explore important elements of ministry through scripture, tradition, and lived experience. Each session gives space to breathe, practical tools to try, and real conversations for the realities of your ministry life.

This is a space to be equipped, encouraged, and reminded that you are not alone.

I’m hosting several information sessions to share about the program, and would love to have you.

You’ll leave with practical tools, new insight, and a sense of support in your leadership. You’ll also have a few more people in your corner.

Meet Leah

She began her work as Director of Pastoral Services in the Diocese of Saskatoon (2007-2015), then moved into Catholic healthcare, serving in senior leadership at Emmanuel Care and as Director of Mission at St. Paul’s Hospital (2015 – 2021).
